back at the brunch

It’s Sunday morning, and I’m revising for an exam; reminiscing about last Sunday where I rekindled my love affair with brunch ❤ (too much? nah)

So I want to Apiary, which is just a 5min walk away from where I live. And possibly one of my favourite places to eat in Edinburgh? Mostly because it’s so close, the staff are amazing, it’s not overcrowded and the food is yummmm.

It’s very cosy, but the food is quite unusual. They’re always changing the menu, they even have tasting days where the food is half price so you can test run new menus. We’ve been to one in the past and it was delicious!

Most of the time, I go there for brunch… why? Well, three reasons.

  1. It’s reasonably priced.
  2. It’s served until 3pm.
  3. And coconut coriander French toast is life.

Like, just look at this deliciousness. ARGH.

They also do 2 course lunch/pre-theatre menus for £12-15pp, which is incredible value for the quality of the food!

Also, a little brunch outfit update! Lazy Sunday = stripes. (My mother would be proud).

I kept it basic with some mid-wash Gap skinny jeans, a Whistles striped top, my All Saints leather jacket and these weird green velvet elf mule shoes from Oysho, that most people probably hate. Sorry, not sorry.

That’s me for this week! Wish me luck for my (one) exam?

much love,

sajni 🙂
